Our approach

We are an enthusiastic team of Occupational Therapists providing support across the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast. We are passionate about providing gold standard, evidence-based therapy to all of our clients and their families. While each OT in the You&Me Team has a wealth of core skills, the breadth of strengths and experiences in the team, ensures we will always be able to support you to achieve your goals.

All your appointments will take place in the location most suitable to you. We will fit into your busy schedule, to meet the needs of your family.

All of the You&Me OT Therapists will drive to your home or the community space most relevant for providing the therapy you require. By operating in your preferred space, you will be able to continue the therapies recommended in your own environment between appointments.

In-person and remote options

Our Occupational Therapists are based from the Sunshine Coast down to the Gold Coast. Can’t make a face-to-face appointment? No worries – we’ve got you covered with telehealth therapy!
